Job Description:

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are ourBeauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initialonboarding trainingand have access to ourunique online learning platformfor continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora. You'llshine here if you:

• Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by listening and embracing their unique needs.
• Are a keen observer of new products and iconic brands
• Are a quick learner who is willing to expand your knowledge on the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Are able to multitask and think on your feet
• Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our loyalty program
• Have a passion to share your beauty knowledge with your team and Sephora customers.
• Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions
• Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. As ourbusiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughoutNovember 2026 to January 2027 inclusiveto be considered for this role.
