Position Summary:

  • Proactively targets corporate group/catering and MICE accounts markets or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
  • Reactively manages incoming inquiries.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve propertys objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
  • Understands the overall market - competitors economic trends supply and demand etc
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ensures full focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships
  • Demonstrates a proactive solutions-focused attitude strong drive and the ability to communicate openly and effectively.

About You:

  • 2 Years Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
