Concession Manager | Fashion | Morley

Our client is launching an exciting new fashion concession at Galleria Morley, and we’re looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead the charge.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing three concession areas across women’s and men’s fashion, with responsibility for team leadership, sales, styling, customer experience and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a passionate retail team.
  • Own sales, KPIs and commercial performance across three concession pads.
  • Deliver personalised styling and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and store presentation.
  • Drive sales through strong product knowledge, customer engagement and commercial initiative.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, stock control and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead from the front and create a positive, energetic team culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Store Manager, Concession Manager or Flagship Assistant Store Manager experience.
  • Fashion apparel experience, ideally across both women’s and men’s.
  • Strong leadership, sales and commercial acumen.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service.
  • Highly organised with strong operational and visual merchandising skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
  • Department store or concession experience will be highly regarded.
