Qualifications

• Basic — Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of information technology experience.
\n
• Preferred — At least 2 years of overall software development experience with .NET encompassing the following:
\n
• Experience in OOP, SOLID design principles and SDLC.
\n
• Analytical problem solving and debugging skills.
\n
• Hands-on experience in NTier web applications.
\n
• Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology.
\n
• Experience working in .NET, C#, MVC applications.
\n
• Knowledge of SQL coding guidelines and best practices.
\n
• Experience with DOS, Git or PowerShell (any one).
\n
• Knowledge of CICD toolsets: VSO/TFS.
\n
• Unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, MOQ, Unity, Fakes.
\n
• Additional skills (not required): SQL programming and profiling/optimization; Web Services – WCF, REST, Web APIs, ADO.NET; exception handling, telemetry, sync/async mechanisms; working with JSON, XML; serialization/deserialization concepts; transaction handling; Cosmos and Scope scripts; experience in a global delivery environment.
