This is an opportunity to lead a beautiful Subiaco bridal boutique where every appointment is personal, every bride is different, and your ability to connect, style and sell genuinely matters.
Our client is a globally expanding bridal brand with a fresh rebrand and ambitious plans across Australia, the UK and Europe. As the Perth Boutique Manager, you’ll lead a small team of stylists while remaining hands-on with clients and playing an important role in the next stage of the brand’s growth.
The Role
- Lead personalised, one-on-one bridal appointments and create an exceptional experience from first hello through to saying yes to the dress
- Lead, coach and motivate a small team of bridal stylists
- Drive boutique sales, conversion and commercial performance
- Build genuine relationships with brides and confidently guide them through styling and purchasing decisions
- Use your understanding of fit, proportion and styling to help each bride feel comfortable, confident and beautiful
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations including rostering, stock management and reporting
- Develop strong product knowledge across gowns, veils, fabrics, construction and the wider collection
- Bring a hands-on, commercially minded approach as the business continues to grow
- Work peak trading hours, particularly Thursday to Sunday, with flexibility as the business evolves
About You You’ll be a polished, confident and naturally warm sales leader who understands that exceptional service and strong commercial results go hand in hand.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven success in bridal, luxury, jewellery, premium fashion or another high-touch customer environment
- A strong track record of consultative selling and converting appointments or customer interactions into sales
- Genuine warmth and the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- A strong eye for styling, fit and presentation
- Experience leading a small team, setting expectations and developing people
- Commercial awareness with confidence working with KPIs, conversion and sales targets
- Maturity and confidence to make independent decisions and take ownership of the boutique
- Excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail
- Experience with appointment-based retail and POS systems, or the ability to quickly learn
- Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday roster or Sunday to Thursday as the key trading period
