STORE MANAGER | GLOBAL SPORTS & LIFESTYLE RETAILER | NEW STORE Adelaide retail managers… this one is moving FAST.

A recognised global retail brand is entering an exciting period of growth, and I'm looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of a brand-new Adelaide location.
New store.
New team.
Fresh opportunity to make it your own from day one.
And I'm not only looking for experienced Store Managers.

If you're a brilliant Assistant Store Manager who's commercially strong, confident leading people and genuinely ready for your own store — I want to hear from you too.

THE OPPORTUNITY You'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store, leading a small casual team and creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving sales, budgets and KPIs
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing wages and rostering against business needs
  • Stock management and inventory
  • Visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Implementing promotions and driving customer traffic
  • Analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
  • Maintaining strong operational standards across the store

We're looking for somebody who understands that great retail leadership is equal parts people + customer + commercial results.

You'll be:

  • Sales and KPI driven
  • Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers
  • A confident, energetic people leader
  • Customer obsessed
  • Strong across stock, VM and store operations
  • Organised, accountable and results focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor with their team

Experience across fashion, footwear, sports, streetwear or other high-energy specialty retail environments would translate beautifully.

Salary up to $69K + Super for exceptional experience
