\n We're working with a well-regarded WA consultancy seeking Engineering Geologists and Geotechnical Engineers to join their expanding team.
\n
\n This opportunity would suit someone with approximately 1-8+ years of experience who is looking to broaden their technical capability while gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects across infrastructure, mining, transport and land development sectors.
\n
Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Conducting geotechnical site investigations, geological mapping and logging
\n
• Supervising drilling programs, test pits and field investigations
\n
• Reviewing and interpreting geological, geotechnical and laboratory testing data
\n
• Developing ground models, cross-sections and technical assessments
\n
• Assisting with slope stability, earthworks and foundation investigations
\n
• Preparing technical reports, proposals and client deliverables
\n
• Supporting project planning, project management and client liaison
\n
• Providing technical input during construction and operational phases of projects
\n
• Identifying and assessing geotechnical risks and investigation strategies
\n

About You: \n
\nTo be successful, you will ideally have:\n
\n

\n
• A degree in Engineering Geology, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
\n
• An understanding of geotechnical investigation and reporting practices
\n
• Knowledge of AS1726 requirements (highly regarded)
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• A full WA Driver's Licence with no restrictions
\n
• Full Australian working rights
\n
• The ability and willingness to travel to site when required
\n
