About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the showroom's day-to-day performance, with a strong focus on sales, team leadership and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
- Building strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities
- Maintaining premium showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Managing stock, operations and financial performance
- Leading by example and creating a positive, high-performance culture
About You
Our client is looking for someone with:
- Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
- A proven track record in high-ticket or consultative sales, ideally within furniture, homewares or another big-ticket retail environment
- A natural sales focus and strong commercial awareness
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, with a weekday off
