Summary

Permanent Perth-based Civil Supervisor opportunity delivering civil infrastructure projects with an established WA contractor.

  • $130k-$150k + super + company vehicle
  • Monday-Friday | Perth Metro | NOR & SOR projects
  • Permanent role with an established WA civil contractor

ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA civil contractor seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their project delivery teams across the Perth metropolitan area.

This is a permanent opportunity offering Monday-to-Friday Perth-based work, a competitive salary package and ongoing exposure to a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects across both NOR and SOR.

With a solid forward workload, they are looking for experienced Supervisors who can confidently take ownership of day-to-day site activities, lead crews and subcontractors, and maintain high standards across safety, quality and productivity.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of civil works on site, including:

  • Lead and coordinate civil crews, operators and subcontractors
  • Plan daily works and allocate plant, labour and resources
  • Supervise civil construction activities across active work fronts
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
  • Monitor site productivity, quality and project requirements
  • Maintain strong safety standards across site activities
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and other project stakeholders
  • Complete relevant site documentation and reporting

About You

You will be an experienced Civil Supervisor with a practical, hands-on understanding of civil construction and a proven ability to lead site teams.
Ideally, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor within the Perth civil construction market
  • Strong civil infrastructure and earthworks experience
  • Proven experience leading crews, operators and subcontractors
  • Sound knowledge of plant and labour coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality and project delivery requirements
  • Confident communication and leadership skills
  • WA Manual Driver’s Licence
  • Construction White Card
