We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains.**Fuel Scheduler – Karratha, WA - 8/6 Roster - Residential or FIFO****The Opportunity**We are seeking a Fuel Scheduler to join our Fuels & Gases site in Karratha WA. This is part of our Resources & Industrials division of the Toll group. The purpose of the Fuel Scheduler is to effectively manage and organise the transport of customer’s products to depots, terminals and retail outlets in accordance with the Toll Values.The position exists to ensure that the product is dispatched in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with road safety legislation and customer contractual requirements. This position undertakes an important role through daily operational liaison with our Driver Group to ensure we meet our Customers Deliveries and Expectations.As the Fuels Scheduler, you will:* Ensure Customer Delivery Requirements are met.* Co-Ordinate with Fuel Drivers their planned deliveries for their rostered shift and discuss any specific requirements with them to ensure the delivery is achieved.* Create Load Plans and Paperwork that comply with all facets of Compliance for Road Transport Rules and Regulations and Dangerous Goods Requirements.* Amend Delivery Schedule in accordance with any Driver Absenteeism to ensure Critical Deliveries are maintained.* Adjust Report to ensure fuel supply is not compromised to any location. Communicate any changes to the Driver Group to ensure deliveries are achieved.* Update Key Account Managers with any variance to planned deliveries that will affect the outcome on forecasted volumes.**About you**To be successful in this role, you will need:* Scheduling experience in logistics environment is a must* Detailed understanding of key business drivers.* Thorough Knowledge of transport industry* Ability to apply logic and experience to make timely, sound judgements.* Strong Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels.**What moves you?**At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
