About the Role
As a Business / Accounts Administration Trainee, you’ll gain practical experience across a range of office administration tasks, including:
- Performing general office administration duties.
- Updating and maintaining databases and registers.
- Scheduling tasks and assisting with coordinating office activities.
- Providing information and assistance to clients.
- Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration.
- Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
- Assisting with locating, organising and updating documents.
- Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming office and kitchen area.
