Anytime Fitness Albany Creek is looking for an energetic, people-focused Membership Consultant to help grow our membership, strengthen member retention and build a genuine sense of community.

This is an opportunity to do much more than sit behind a desk. You'll connect with prospective members, support existing members to achieve their goals, help run events and bring ideas to life as we continue to improve and grow our club.

THE OPPORTUNITY \n

This is a casual position offering approximately 20-30 hours per week initially, with the potential for full-time as you and the business grow.

\n

As our Membership Consultant, you'll play an important role in growing the club, strengthening member engagement and helping more members stay active and achieve their goals.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Membership sales and growth: Respond to enquiries, generate and follow up leads, book appointments, conduct club tours and confidently convert prospects into members.
\n
• Member experience and retention: Build strong relationships with members, conduct regular check-ins, proactively engage those who may be losing momentum and support our members to make progress and enjoy the best possible experience.
\n
• Marketing and community engagement: Support social media and local marketing, plan and run club and community events, and promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.
\n
• Club operations and excellence: Help maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented club, take ownership of day-to-day standards and contribute ideas and initiatives that improve the member experience, support club growth and deliver excellence every day.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE \n

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine interest in people. You'll ideally have:

\n

\n
• Previous sales experience and the confidence to work towards targets
\n
• A natural ability to build rapport and connect with different people
\n
• A proactive approach, strong organisation and reliable follow-through
\n
• Confidence using social media
\n
• A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people succeed
\n

\n

Experience in fitness, retail, customer service or membership sales would be highly regarded. However, your initiative, willingness to learn, energy and ability to connect with people are what matter most. You will also need:

• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them
\n
• A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
\n

AVAILABILITY \n

\n
• Monday - Thursday (10am-7pm) and Saturday (8am-12pm).
\n
• 20-30 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times.
\n
