We are seeking a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager - Weddings & Social Events to lead the growth of our event business at Avani Cypress Lakes Resort . This is your chance to combine sales leadership with hands-on event delivery in one of Australia's most picturesque destinations.

About the Role:

As the BDM, you'll take ownership of our weddings and social events portfolio from sales strategy through to event execution. You'll build strong client relationships, lead premium events on-site, and position our resort as the Hunter Valley's premier destination for celebrations.
