We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing professional services business.
This is a true new business development role, focused on identifying and developing new opportunities within the SME market. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and referral opportunities, supported by a dedicated appointment-setting function.
The successful candidate will be a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs and delivering consultative, value-based solutions.
Industry experience is not essential, with comprehensive training provided. What matters most is a proven track record in B2B sales, strong commercial drive and a genuine appetite for winning new business.
