Our Midland team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.

Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting paediatric clients and NDIS participants (or a mix of both) to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and participate more confidently in everyday life.

You'll be supported to:

• Complete functional, developmental and participation-based assessments
• Develop individualised therapy plans based on each client’s goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Support children across areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, regulation and participation
• Support NDIS participants to build independence and achieve their individual goals
• Work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
• Build your confidence managing a varied caseload
• Collaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary team
• Develop your clinical reasoning and professional skills across paediatric and NDIS practice
• Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learning
• Gradually build your independence while always having support around you

You'll need:

• Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
