As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist to join our Rundle Street store. This is a great opportunity for someone at entry level to support the team and create an exceptional customer experience during the peak trading period. We’re looking for someone with strong availability across both weekdays and weekends, with flexibility to work public holidays and no planned time off over the Christmas period.

Responsibilities: \n

    \n
  • Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
    • \n
  • Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
    • \n
  • Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
    • \n
  • Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
    • \n
  • Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
    • \n
