We’re now looking for an experienced Functions Supervisor to join our team.

Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll help coordinate and deliver a variety of events across the school campus. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation and hospitality experience will make a real difference.

Whether it’s an intimate meeting, casual tea, formal dinner or major school celebration, you’ll help ensure every event is well organised, beautifully presented and delivered to a high standard.

The opportunity

As Functions Supervisor, you’ll:

• Lead event teams from setup through to service and pack-down
• Coordinate staff and rosters for each event
• Brief, support and develop the hospitality team
• Work with clients and stakeholders to deliver great experiences
• Maintain high food, service, presentation and dietary standards
• Keep events running smoothly, managing operations, budgets and issues
