DeltaFM is currently seeking Casual Maintenance Electricians to join our remote site operations across WA. Working within a strong safety-first culture youll be responsible for maintaining electrical systems that support accommodation facilities kitchens recreational areas and non-process infrastructure.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across village and non-process infrastructure electrical systems
• Diagnosing faults isolating equipment testing systems and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Ensuring all work complies with isolation procedures permit systems and LVR requirements
• Conducting inspections and maintaining electrical assets to a high standard
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes
• Working collaboratively with other trades including HVAC plumbing and painting teams
• Contributing to a positive safety culture where everyone is empowered to speak up and stop unsafe work
• Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable

THE PERSON

To be successful you will possess:

• Current unrestricted Electrical Licence relevant to the state of work (or be actively working towards obtaining recognition)
• Current CPR and LVR certification
• White Card
• Current C Class Drivers Licence
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety compliance and quality workmanship
• Experience in remote camp facilities maintenance industrial or commercial environments highly regarded
• Ability to work FIFO from designated airports or DIDO where applicable
