AMS Coordinator

As an AMS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of tools through our repair and service process. Working closely with customers, technicians, and logistics partners, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and help deliver an exceptional service experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational tasks, logistics coordination, and customer-focused problem solving while contributing to the success of a high-performing service centre.

What You'll do

• Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics of customer tools for repair and servicing
• Manage incoming tool receipts and ensure accurate processing within service systems
• Prepare and dispatch repaired tools to customers in a timely manner
• Generate shipping documentation, consignment notes, and bills of lading
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to support inventory integrity
• Liaise with customers, service technicians, and transport providers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor service workflows and proactively resolve delivery or logistics issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized operational environment
• Act as a key point of contact within the service centre, providing support and guidance across daily operations

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or service coordination
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with shipping, freight coordination, or warehouse processes is advantageous
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one is desirable
