Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical documentation and detailing for commercial, workplace, or hospitality interior projects, ensuring alignment with Australian standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to develop concept drawings into fully coordinated documentation sets using Revit or AutoCAD.
  • Take ownership of project stages, including material selection, detailing, and quality control, ensuring delivery within fast-paced schedules.
  • Contribute to design development meetings, offering insights and solutions that enhance project outcomes.
  • Support the integration of project concepts into practical, buildable solutions that reflect your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Assist in fast-tracking project workflows, maintaining thorough documentation and clear communication with vendors and contractors.
  • Adapt and respond quickly to project changes, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial, workplace, or hospitality interiors.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently produce detailed documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations for interior construction and documentation.
  • Previous experience with office fit-out interiors; high-end residential experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Confident in working on-site, understanding the fast-paced nature of project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team working and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to project demands and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
