\n WSP’s Building Services team in Melbourne is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established and highly collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects, including major commercial developments, infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as data centres.

The role
\n As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of project delivery while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to client relationships.

You’ll be involved in:

- \n
- Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systems \n
- Managing projects from concept through to delivery \n
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings \n
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomes \n
- Mentoring and supporting engineers within the team \n
\n
About you
\n
- \n
- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) \n
- Strong experience within building services consultancy \n
- Proven capability in HVAC design and relevant Australian standards \n
- Ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients \n
- A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring others \n
\n
