About the traineeship...
Successful applicants will complete a Diploma of Nursing and be paid to study and work while progressing to become an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. Trainees will receive practical training across aged care and acute settings in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) Traineeship Program will commence in early 2027 (course duration – 2 years). Upon completion of the course, successful trainees will qualify as Endorsed Enrolled Nurses.
Trainees will be paid per hour for their study time and placement. Throughout the traineeship, 400 hours of clinical experience will be completed across West Wimmera Health Service.
Classes will be held at Horsham for three days during the week (days to be
confirmed) with the remaining two days shadowing qualified team members at a WWHS facility.
