Remote Tavern and Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tavern & Logistics Manager to join our remote village operations team on an 8:6 FIFO roster. This unique leadership role combines hospitality management with logistics coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of a busy tavern while overseeing inventory, supply chain activities, and site logistics.

About the Role

As the Tavern & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the village tavern, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring the timely movement and availability of stock and supplies across site operations. You will play a vital role in creating an engaging social environment for residents while maintaining efficient and compliant logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the tavern and recreation facilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Coordinate site logistics, including stock ordering, inventory management, and supplier deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels across food, beverage, and consumable categories.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health, safety, and company standards.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, reporting, and operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with site leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Drive resident engagement and deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

• Previous experience in tavern, pub, hospitality, or village management.
• Strong logistics, inventory, and supply chain coordination experience.
• Current Approved Manager certification (or ability to obtain).
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams in remote or FIFO environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
