The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Indooroopilly store, leading your team, driving sales and creating an incredible customer experience.
This isn't about needing years of Store Management experience. We're looking for someone with the energy, leadership potential and commercial mindset to step up and make the store their own.
You'll be supported by an experienced retail leadership team while being given the autonomy to build your team, understand your customer and identify opportunities to grow the business.
In addition, you will:

• Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing and engaged store team.
• Drive sales and key retail KPIs including traffic, conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Create a fun, welcoming and memorable customer experience.
• Build commercial awareness within your team and turn results into action.
• Recruit, onboard and develop great retail talent.
• Take ownership of rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Look for creative opportunities to drive traffic and build awareness locally.
• Build relationships with your customers and create a genuine store community.
• Support local events, activations and initiatives that give customers another reason to engage with the brand.
• Work closely with the wider retail team, sharing ideas and opportunities to continually improve the store experience.

The Skillset |

This could be perfect for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or emerging Store Manager who is ready to back themselves and take the next step.

• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, homewares or another customer-led retail environment.
• Strong Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or Store Management experience.
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing a team.
• A good understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
• A hands-on approach and genuine love of being on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• An eye for product, visual merchandising and presentation.
• Energy, initiative and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
• A proactive mindset, you'll naturally be thinking about how you can drive traffic, grow sales and build your local customer community.
