An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Change Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) within the Technology Services and Information Security Division.

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting ESSSuper's digital transformation agenda, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of key technology initiatives that enhance member experiences, improve business capability and strengthen organisational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will lead end-to-end change management activities across a portfolio of technology and business transformation projects.

Working closely with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders, you will develop and execute change strategies that drive successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.

You will be responsible for assessing change impacts, developing communication and training strategies, managing stakeholder engagement and supporting the successful implementation of transformational initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities for technology and business transformation projects.
• Develop and execute change management plans, stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments and training needs analyses.
• Build strong relationships and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, develop and facilitate training programs to support change adoption.
• Identify change-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop communication materials and training resources tailored to diverse audiences.
• Support project teams to achieve successful implementation and business readiness outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of change management frameworks, processes and artefacts.
• Ensure alignment with ESSSuper's project delivery methodology, governance and quality standards.

About You

You are an experienced Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. You bring a structured yet adaptable approach to change delivery and enjoy partnering with business and technology teams to achieve successful outcomes.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering change management initiatives within technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing change within medium to large enterprise organisations.
• Strong knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or PCI.
• Demonstrated experience undertaking change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs and communications strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience working within Agile and/or project delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and related collaboration tools.
• Exposure to cloud transformation, security or digital platforms will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Change Management or a related discipline.
• Financial Services, Superannuation or Banking sector experience highly regarded.
