About the Role

This is a busy and rewarding position within a stable, collaborative, and fully supported team. You will manage a quality portfolio of approximately 170 properties, with dedicated assistant support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
\n
You will be joining a business known for strong systems, professional standards, and a positive, supportive culture. A geninal team that works together and always helps each other.

Your Responsibilities
\n
Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
\n
Work alongside your VA to cover end-to-end portfolio management
\n
Manage landlord and tenant communication
\n
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades
\n
Support leasing activity when required
\n
Ensure compliance and smooth tenancy administration
\n
Routine inspections are carried out by our inspections officer
\n

Proven experience managing your own property portfolio
\n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
Highly organised with excellent time management
\n
QLD Certificate of Registration
\n
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
\n
Positive, solutions-focused attitude
\n
