As a Grand Seiko Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of the brand, showcasing its craftsmanship and innovation while creating exceptional client journeys, exceeding sales goals, and assisting with the boutiques ongoing success.
Welcome clients with warmth and sophistication, understand their needs, and offer personalised product recommendations.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, including VIP clientele, to drive loyalty and repeat engagement.
Share insights on client preferences and emerging market trends with Boutique Management to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain deep knowledge of Grand Seiko craftsmanship, brand heritage, and the competitive landscape.
Represent the brand with confidence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to luxury standards.
Partner closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless, elevated client experience.
Support boutique events, activations, and product launches that showcase the brand's prestige.
Ensure all product displays and visual merchandising reflect Grand Seiko's refined aesthetic and brand guidelines.
Assist with daily boutique operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures, executed with accuracy and professionalism.
Exceptional client service and refined communication skills
Strong product knowledge with a commitment to continuous learning
Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to a high-performing team
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational capability
2+ years' experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing environments
Understanding of merchandising and visual presentation standards
