What you'll do

\n

\n
• Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users, resolving incidents and service requests and escalating to our managed service partner where required.
\n
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning, devices and supporting documentation.
\n
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, end-user devices and office technology.
\n
• Manage the IT ticketing system, including prioritisation, documentation and reporting.
\n
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, device management, identity controls and security policies.
\n
• Support Zembl's AWS environment, including access management, monitoring, backups and routine maintenance.
\n
• Administer Zembl's SaaS and PaaS applications, including user access, licensing, integrations and vendor coordination.
\n
• Manage SSO configuration, identity management and application integrations.
\n
• Maintain hardware, asset registers, warranties, meeting room technology and spare equipment.
\n
• Support routine network and security maintenance, including firewalls, access controls, patching and vulnerability remediation.
\n
• Work closely with our managed service partners to support the delivery of IT and security services.
\n
• Assist our Head of Technology with Essential 8, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 activities, including evidence collection, access reviews and remediation.
\n
• Maintain accurate systems documentation and procedures.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security and the overall employee technology experience.

What you'll bring

\n

\n
• 3+ years' experience in systems administration, IT support or a similar business environment.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including identity, groups and access management.
\n
• Experience with device management and security policies.
\n
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting AWS environments.
\n
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS devices, peripherals and office technology.
\n
• Experience administering SaaS and PaaS platforms, including user access, licensing and integrations.
\n
• Experience configuring or supporting SSO and application integrations.
\n
• A working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including firewalls and access controls.
\n
• Experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment and working with third-party IT providers.
\n
• A good understanding of IT security best practices.
\n
• A proactive, organised and service-focused approach, with strong attention to detail
