This permanent, full-time role is the primary point of contact for customers visiting Rylock and suits someone confident engaging with a wide range of clients. You will respond to incoming leads and provide personalised solutions for residential projects, from simple renovations to dream homes, supporting clients throughout their sales journey. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will help ensure the Coburg North showroom operates smoothly. You must be highly organised, able to follow instructions and willing to use your initiative to improve processes. This on-site role requires attendance five days a week, including Saturdays.
You should be a technically minded, motivated and positive individual. You will be a team player who can adapt to your environment. You’ll have excellent administration skills, be a "people person" who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, approach customers and go the extra mile to provide great customer service. This is a long term position for someone who is committed to a future within Rylock. The successful candidate will be offered excellent career development along with progression opportunities once results are proven. A Salary Package of $94K (Inc. Super) plus commission is on offer.
