Founded in 2013 as Scape Australia, leaders in student housing, we've since grown into a vertically integrated living platform known as The Living Company; managing $18B in assets across Student Living (Scape), Rent to Live – Affordable Housing (RTL Co.), and Retirement Living (Aveo); spanning site origination, investment, planning, design, development, construction, and operations.

As FP&A Manager, you'll own the financial planning and analysis process for our Student Living and BTR operational assets - ensuring budgeting and forecasting are accurate, consistent and timely, and acting as the key contact for all budgeting and forecasting matters across the business.
Beyond budgeting and forecasting, you'll be a genuine commercial business partner - generating insights on expenses, occupancy, room rates and revenue drivers that help the business deliver on its plans. With one direct report, you'll also lead the improvement of FP&A processes while mentoring the Senior FP&A accountant.
