We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor – Road Rehabilitation to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Melbourne's outer south eastern suburbs and regional Victoria. Your experience in Greenfield/Subdivision would be well regarded.

About the Role

As our Supervisor– Road Rehabilitation, you will provide hands‑on leadership to an established site delivery team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a diverse role requiring excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

The position is based in Melbourne's outer South Eastern suburbs and involves travel to project sites throughout Victoria, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead road rehabilitation, pavement construction and soil stabilisation projects.

• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, plant and equipment.

• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality and safety across all project activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications and WHS requirements.

• Plan daily works and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders.

• Mentor and support site personnel while promoting a positive team culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years' recent experience supervising or leading teams at Tier 1 or similar level in road rehabilitation, road construction, pavement works, bulk earthworks or similar civil construction projects within Australia.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

• A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

• A proactive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to get the job done right the first time.

• Flexibility to travel throughout Victoria, including occasional overnight stays.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Current Construction Induction (White Card).

• Current HR Licence (essential).

• HC Licence (Road Ranger) highly regarded.
