To be successful in this role, you will have experience in phone based or face-to-face sales with a desire to further your sales career. You're not one to clock watch or wait for the day to end. You stay focused each day, delivering a best-in-class experience, achieving your targets, and contributing to the businesses’ overall growth goals. You're not afraid to take risks or share ideas and innovate. You demonstrate confidence, resilience and a desire to learn and grow.

What will you be doing:

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone, calls engaging with business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Booking high-quality appointments for our high performing Business Development Managers across Australia
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted point of contact for our prospects, clients and field-based Business Development team.
• Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is kept up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieving daily and weekly KPI’s
