As an Administrative Officer, you will provide a range of administrative and customer service support across key functions, including subpoena processing, audio recording requests, family violence list preparation, accounts administration and file management.

Key responsibilities \n

    \n
  • Working within a collaborative team environment, you will help ensure court operations run efficiently while handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and care.
    • \n
  • Providing administrative support across a range of court functions.
    • \n
  • Processing subpoenaed documents and audio recording requests.
    • \n
  • Assisting with Family Violence Registry list preparation and file management.
    • \n

What you need \n

    \n
  • Most importantly, you will bring a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
    • \n
  • You will be adaptable, organised and able to work across a variety of administrative functions within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the effective delivery of court services.
    • \n
  • This is an entry-level position and previous administration experience is desirable.
    • \n
