Reporting to the Head Chef, we have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Baker to join our team. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic hospitality environment. What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a baking, pastry, or commercial kitchen environment
\n
• A genuine passion for baking and creating high-quality products
\n
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
\n

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
\n
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
\n
• A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Creativity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
\n
• Ensure all products consistently meet quality and presentation standards
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
\n
• Follow all food safety, workplace health, and hygiene procedures
\n
• Assist with stock control, product preparation, and daily kitchen operations
\n
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
\n

\n

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, Baking, or a related qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience.

Your Commitment

We value initiative and will give you the autonomy and trust to take ownership of your role and make key decisions. Flexibility is essential, as we operate in a dynamic 7-day‐a‐week environment, 365 days a year. As such, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the needs of the business.
