Are you a caring, reliable person who speaks Turkish and English and enjoys helping others?
Sensible Care is looking for a Turkish- and English-speaking Casual Care Worker to support a client in Oakleigh South. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised care, companionship, and practical support while helping a client feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their own home.
Turkish language skills are essential for this role, as you will communicate directly with the client in Turkish. Good English communication skills are also required when communicating with the client, family members, and the Sensible Care team.
You will be someone who:
Enjoy a competitive $43–$45 per hour casual rate, flexible weekday work, and the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with a client while providing support that genuinely makes a difference.
