With more than 50 people in the Brisbane business, we're recognised for disciplined delivery, strong stakeholder management and reliable outcomes across projects ranging from $50k to $50m. As our work continues to grow across sectors including commercial, education, health, aged care and transport, we're looking for a Safety Advisor to help us maintain the highest standards of safety across our projects.

You’ll play a key role in:
\n
Working alongside our project teams, you'll help drive SHAPE's Safety-First culture across construction sites. From pre-construction through to completion, you'll support teams to deliver projects safely while ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and SHAPE systems.
\n
While primarily supporting projects in Brisbane, the role will also involve travel to the Gold Coast and occasionally Townsville to support our teams across Queensland.
