Physiotherapist / Accredited Exercise Physiologist | Gym + Mobile Rehab

Vezba is a growing allied health business based out of a gym in Kogarah, and we're looking for a Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist who wants a more varied role than sitting in a treatment room seeing back to back patients all day.
\n
We are a registered NDIS provider and SIRA approved, with an established referral network across southern Sydney.
\n
You'll work across gym-based rehabilitation and mobile appointments, primarily across St George, the Sutherland Shire and the Inner West, with occasional travel further afield.
\n
The role starts at around 2 days a week (roughly 12 hours), days of your choosing, with genuine scope to increase as your caseload grows. We're also open to discussing a contractor arrangement with the right person.

What makes this role different
\n
Varied adult rehab caseload across NDIS, Workers Compensation/SIRA, CTP and private clients
\n
Rehab is delivered in a gym, not a treatment room. You'll have the time to coach people through loading and progression rather than 20 minutes hands-on and out the door
\n
Paid time to build your caseload and your professional profile through content, networking, referral relationships and business development, and real exposure to the business side of allied health
\n
Genuine scope to increase your hours and progress into a senior clinician or future team leadership role
\n
You won't be expected to walk into a full diary on day one. You'll have some existing gym-based clients to get started, and during quieter periods you'll still be paid while we actively work with you to build your caseload through referrals, content and business development

Into Clinical Pilates, reformer, strength and conditioning, lifting or gym-based rehab? Even better. We have access to a dedicated reformer studio and the flexibility to develop services around the right clinician's interests, including supporting further training where it makes sense.

Genuinely comfortable in a gym and prescribing gym-based exercise
\n
Comfortable working independently and providing mobile and community-based care
\n
Happy to be part of our content and social media. We'll help you with it

Proactive and interested in building your caseload
\n
Ambitious and keen to grow with a smaller business
\n
Early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply. Experience in NDIS, Workers Compensation/SIRA, CTP, Clinical Pilates, reformer, strength and conditioning or personal training is a bonus, not essential.

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist OR current ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
\n
Current unrestricted driver's licence
\n
SIRA approval, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it where required
\n
National police check
\n
Working With Children Check
\n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
\n
Current First Aid certificate
\n
Current CPR certificate
\n
Remuneration
\n
For part-time employment: $90,000 to $110,000 + super FTE, pro rata, depending on experience and capability.
\n
Contractor arrangements are also open for discussion, with the rate negotiated depending on experience and the agreed structure.
