You guide a team working alongside men on bail or navigating justice requirements, providing practical support, connection and stability. Your leadership directly influences the quality of care delivered and the confidence and wellbeing of the staff providing it.

About the role

\n

You will lead a team of Case Managers delivering a supported accommodation program for men who are on bail or otherwise involved with the justice system and experiencing homelessness. This is an on-site role within a 27-bed residential facility with a strong focus on day-to-day operations and supporting the team.

\n

The program provides a safe and stabilising environment, alongside wraparound support to help participants meet court-ordered conditions while also addressing broader needs such as housing stability, alcohol and other drug use and mental health. You will support your team to deliver consistent, person-centred and trauma-informed support while maintaining clear boundaries and ensuring a structured and safe environment for all participants.

You will oversee daily operations, guide case planning, support intake and assessment and ensure service delivery aligns with TSA's National Homelessness Stream Model of Care. You will work closely with the Program Manager to meet compliance requirements, maintain data accuracy and support continuous improvement.

\n

This full-time permanent position reports to the Program Manager and pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 6.

• Provide day to day guidance, coaching and support to Case Managers
\n
• Build a positive and connected team culture focused on wellbeing and best practice

• Strengthen case management practice through supervision, reflection and capability building
\n
• Support intake, assessment and the development of holistic case plans
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including justice partners
\n
• Contribute to budgeting oversight and service planning
\n
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
\n
• Ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and in line with TSA policies, legislation and funding requirements
\n
• Support continuous improvement through data, evaluation and reflective practice

\n

What you will bring

\n

\n
• Degree in Social Services, Community Development or a related field, or extensive experience in a similar role
\n
• Understanding of homelessness, alcohol and other drug concerns and mental health issues
\n
• Previous experience supervising or supporting staff
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills
\n
• Experience working within budgets and service delivery requirements
\n
• Ability to remain calm, resilient and solutions focused in challenging situations
\n
• Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and person-centred practice
\n
• A current NT Driver's Licence
\n
• Valid NT Working with Children Check
\n
• A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
\n
