We're currently seeking a full-time, permanent Sales Support Merchandise team member to join our friendly and community-focused branch in Dorrigo, NSW.

What You'll Do: \n

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our branch by delivering exceptional service to a broad customer base, including local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
\n
• Processing counter sales and customer enquiries
\n
• Stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching goods
\n
• Maintaining a safe and well-presented store environment
\n
• Assisting with merchandise campaigns and product promotions
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries
\n
• Seed mixing and general warehouse duties
\n
• Participating in a rotating Saturday roster
\n

• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to help customers
\n
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
\n
• A current driver's licence
\n
• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
• Previous experience in retail, rural merchandise, customer service, warehousing or agriculture will be highly regarded, but not essential.
