Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the founders, you'll take product from concept through fit to bulk in a fast drop cycle, with real influence over fabrication, trend direction and how the range evolves. You'd join a Melbournefashion brand that drops new collections every two weeks, with a fast-growing customer base across Australia and the US. Positioned between fast fashion and premium, it's building a go-to label for women aged 18 to 30. The team is small, warm and high-performing, the pace is quick, and the culture is genuinely entrepreneurial. You'd be helping build a brand that lasts, not just filling a range plan.
