Greenstreat is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in driving the success of our store.

\n

This is more than just a hospitality role. As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and keep the store running at its best every day.

What you’ll be doing \n

• Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
\n
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to perform at their best
\n
• Create a positive, welcoming and high energy team culture
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer feels welcome
\n
• Lead by example across service, food quality, cleanliness and store standards
\n
• Support team training, onboarding and development
\n
• Help drive sales through great customer service and effective upselling
\n
• Monitor food quality, portioning, wastage and overall store performance
\n
• Assist with stock management, ordering and daily operations
\n
• Ensure all food safety, WHS and company procedures are followed
\n
• Help identify opportunities to improve the store and the team
\n
• Step up and take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is not present
\n

• Previous leadership or hospitality management experience is highly desirable
\n

Availability \n

This is a Monday–Sunday role , and flexibility across the full trading week is an important part of the position.

\n

The successful candidate will be expected to have regular weekend availability , including the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays when required. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be required to support the store across different days and shifts depending on business needs.
