Our client is seeking an experienced and values-driven General Manager, Community Living to lead a large and diverse disability services portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and forming part of the executive leadership team, this role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational performance, quality, compliance, growth and financial sustainability across Supported Independent Living (SIL), outreach and respite services.
To be successful, you will bring significant senior leadership experience within disability, community services, healthcare or other complex 24/7 service environments. You will have a strong understanding of the NDIS, demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, experience leading large multi-site teams and a proven ability to drive organisational growth and change.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and operational leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for people with disability while contributing to the growth and success of a progressive organisation.
