We are seeking an accomplished and commercially focused General Sales Manager to drive the next phase of growth for Doncaster Land Rover. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive leader with a proven track record in General Sales Management within a prestige or luxury automotive brand. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will have end-to-end responsibility for new and pre-owned vehicle sales - driving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction while inspiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team in a dynamic, luxury environment.
