Downer is seeking an experienced Team Leader,based in Brisbane to join our Origin Public & Embedded Networks Contract team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a small field crew delivering essential gas network maintenance, emergency response, asset repairs, meter works, reinstatement activities and customer-focused field services across Queensland.
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for planning daily activities, directing team members and subcontractors, maintaining safe work practices, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. You'll play a critical role in supporting network reliability and responding to emergency situations when required.
