The Company Our client is a well-known government organisation committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making it easier for people to access government services.


They are currently seeking three Finance Administration Assistants to join their dynamic team on exciting contract opportunities. These roles are available for an immediate start through to 11 December 2026, based in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements.


The Job Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:



  • Process and manage invoices for clients.

  • Manage client accounts, including processing payments, refunds and reconciliations.

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records and supporting general office operations.

  • Complete extensive data entry and ensure client records are updated accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and financial information.

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and audit requirements.

  • Prepare reports and update records as required.


You To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:



  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in an Accounts Administration role.

  • Exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or finance support tasks preferred.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Able to follow procedures and work independently.

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
