We are looking for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day dispatch and administration of our warehouse. The majority of this role involves preparing and printing shipping labels for customer orders, creating pallet transfers and ensuring our warehouse team has the correct labels and paperwork required to dispatch orders each day. You will also assist with customer returns, refunds and exchanges, help customers collecting orders from our warehouse, and support the preparation of larger and more complex retailer shipments. This is a practical, process-driven role that would suit someone who enjoys routine, works accurately and is confident using computers and learning different systems.
Prepare and print shipping labels for daily customer orders.
Ensure labels are accurate and provided to the warehouse team ready for dispatch.
Create pallet transfers between warehouse locations as required.
Prepare transfer and dispatch paperwork.
Check customer, order, address and shipping information for accuracy.
Maintain accurate and organised shipment and transfer records.
Action customer returns received by the warehouse.
Process approved refunds and exchanges within systems.
Assist customers collecting orders directly from the warehouse.
Assist with preparing orders for larger retail partners, including processing retailer purchase orders, working within retailer portals, creating retailer-specific shipping labels, creating barcodes, creating and submitting Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and preparing invoices and packing slips.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early morning starts.
Organised and methodical.
Comfortable completing repetitive administrative tasks accurately.
Confident using computers and learning different online systems.
Comfortable working with printers, shipping labels and office equipment.
Able to follow written processes and detailed instructions.
Detail-focused, particularly when working with order numbers, addresses, SKUs and barcodes.
Able to manage their workload independently.
Comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
Friendly and professional when interacting with customers.
Morning person as starting time will be 6am
Looking for casual/part time work approx 22 hours per week
