Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking experienced Underground and Surface Diamond Drillers to join our team on new and existing mining projects across Regional Victoria and New South Wales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently deliver underground and/or surface diamond drilling programs
• Carry out preventative maintenance on drill rigs and downhole equipment
• Train, mentor and develop crew members
• Work closely with Supervisors and clients to achieve production and safety targets
• Contribute to a professional drilling culture built on planning, communication and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated diamond drilling experience (surface and/or underground)
• Minimum Certificate III in Drilling Operations
• Experience operating LM90, LM110, LF130, LF160 or similar rigs
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and physical assessments
• Commitment to safe work practices and team success
• Valid Australian work rights and Australian residency/citizenship
