Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating memorable brand experiences
- Assist customers in discovering products that elevate their lifestyle and adventures
- Transform our retail space for special events - from gallery-style art exhibits to community gatherings
- Maintain impeccable store presentation standards, curating displays that tell our brand story
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the behind-the-scenes magic: inventory management, stock coordination, and logistics operations
- Collaborate with the team to execute seamless event setups and breakdowns
- Stay ahead of the curve on ALPAKA products, promotions, and upcoming events to be our customers' trusted guide
- Work on retail logistics including shipment processing, stock transfers, and warehouse organisation
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to dive in are what really matter!
- Natural communicator with genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, and special evening events
- Energy and excitement for being part of something bigger - whether it's launching a new collection or hosting a local artist showcase
- A love for quality gear and an eye for how products enhance modern lifestyles
- Team player who brings creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Physical capability to handle inventory tasks and event setup requirements
