The Role

What you need:
Previous experience in a premium restaurant, fine dining or hospitality environment is preferred
Availability to work a variety of shifts across lunch and dinner service, including weekends and public holidays
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and grooming standards aligned with a 5-star environment
