MAXI TAXI DRIVER WANTED

Sixat Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and reliable Maxi Taxi Drivers to join our team in Wangaratta, Victoria. This is a full-time/casual position offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic public transport and taxi services operation. As a Maxi Taxi Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, comfortable and courteous transportation services to our diverse passenger base. Your dedication to customer service and commitment to road safety will be integral to maintaining Sixat Pty Ltd's reputation for excellence in the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Operate a maxi taxi vehicle safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey experience
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including performing regular safety checks and minor maintenance tasks
• Handle payments and manage cash or electronic transactions accurately and securely
• Communicate professionally with dispatch staff and respond promptly to service requests
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations or difficult passengers

What we’re looking for

• A current, valid driving licence appropriate for the operation of a maxi taxi vehicle
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently whilst also being responsive to direction from management
• Reliability and punctuality in all work commitments
• A genuine interest in providing safe and courteous service to the public
